Additional Notes:

My first time working with wheat. Came up WAY short on original gravity. Malt bill must have been lacking in diastatic power. Added 1.65lb extract to catch it back up.

Rinsed MLT w/ 120F water, so missed strike temp too high (157F). 1/2qt tap water brought down to 151F. 30min: 151F. 60min: 147F.
Preboil: 7.9 gal @ 1.028.
Final: 1.0145, with probably another 1/2 to 1 point left to go in the keg (I wanted to get it carbed for an upcoming poker night). Never did get a proper OG on this, so ABV is estimated around 4.5%. That's just fine.
