Batch 026: The Lamplighter

Loved the label, didn’t like the beer. It was an attempt to clone Aventinus, a famous Weizenbock, but it came out more yeasty than I like. Next time I’d use a cleaner strain of yeast. The name comes from the fact that I brewed on a windy day, and my burner flame kept blowing out. I must have re-lit that thing a couple dozen times.
