Additional Notes:

Small beer produced from the third runnings of Uncle Fred's Wee Heavy Scotch Ale, but much more highly hopped to turn it into a "Scottish IPA". Unfortunately it just turned about badly. It's super weak at 3% ABV, has a crazy amount of hops, but not in a good way, and tastes like unfermented wort for some reason. Failed experiment that will most likely end up down the drain.
